Rev. Gifford Smith is an ordained minister of the United Church of Christ, inspirational speaker, gifted teacher, counselor, retreat leader, professional interventionist, and spirituality coach. He has served congregations in Minnesota, Arizona, Whittier, Hollywood, and was the founding pastor of two congregations, one in Agoura, and an Interfaith Fellowship in Thousand Oaks, California. |
He is a graduate of the University of Redlands (B.A.), United Theological Seminary (M.Div.), University of Santa Monica (M.A.—Spiritual Psychology) and holds a Certificate in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from UCLA. Currently Giff has an Addictions Intervention practice while counseling co-dependents and affected family members around the issue of addiction and recovery. |
He is a member of the international Association of Intervention Specialists and Co-convener of the Conejo Valley Interfaith Association. He resides in Westlake Village with is lovely wife, Diane, their son, Matthew, and two cockers, Alex and Samantha. |
